Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days of receipt.
